PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and correctly execute speech recognizing work without making a whole system large by updating speech data stored in a storage part into speech data of a card user himself which is stored in the card at every card processing operation. SOLUTION: In an automatizing equipment(ATM) 12 providing speech input devices 10 and 11, speech data concerning natural voice stored in the IC memory 14 of an IC card 10 is stored in the storage part 18 of card processing mechanism 11 dealing with the cards as a standard pattern whenever the IC card 10 is used. Therefore, the standard pattern stored in the storage part 18 is updated into speech data of the user himself of the IC card 10 by data of the IC card 10. Then, speech data by the natural voice of the card user himself is normally used as the standard pattern without previously storing voice data of the multiple users in the storage part 18 and natural voice uttered by the card user is judged with high precision. |
