PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect secrecy by enabling the transport of a personal cryptographic key by registering a password of a user identification code and the voiceprint data of personal feature information in an IC card while combining them to prevent transfer information from being stolen from a communication line. SOLUTION: The user identification code and password are defined as personal registration information 5a and voiceprint data 6a and registered in an IC card 3. Personal registration information 5c and voiceprint data 6c are registered in a storage part 11 of a data base managing device 4 as well. Then, a collation part 8a inside the IC card 3 certifies the personal registration information 5a of owner of the IC card 3 with the personal registration information of a user and when the personal registration information is coincident with the personal registration information 5a in the IC card 3, a cryptographic key 7a peculiar for the user is prepared by using the voiceprint data 6a. When that information is not coincident, access to a device 1 is rejected. Next, data are enciphered and collated with personal information and when they are coincident, secret information is deciphered. |
