摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the variation of quality caused by the variation of production condition and secure a constant quality by resetting annealing condition corresponding to a product specification according to molten steel components and rolling actual result measured at the intermediate time in a blooming process. SOLUTION: A production specification and a procedure based on a production plan of a cold-rolled steel plate are stored in a production indication storing means 11. Temp., profile and surface roughness, etc., at the time of each rolling are stored in a hot-rolling actual result storing means 21 and a cold-rolled actual result storing means 22. The chemical components are measured by sampling molten steel near solidifying of the intermediate product in the product blooming process 17 and these values are stored in a molten steel component storing means 12. Each of the data from each of these storing means 11, 12, 21, 22 and an annealing means 15 is inputted in an annealing condition setting means 13, and a temp. correction, etc., for preventing the burning is executed by refering to the annealing condition pre-classified in each molten steel component corresponding to the product specification in each hierarchy based on these data. By this method, the resetting of the production specification and the procedure in the production indication storing means 11 is executed.</p>
