A hydraulically reversible adjustable-pitch propeller unit for air, land and/or water vehicles or craft, with a propeller with at least two blades, the pitch of which can be varied by means of a control unit (regulator), in which there is no mechanical or electrical connection between the rotating propeller and the stationary pitch adjuster and there is a movable, adjustable and spring preloaded stop (6) for the starting setting (fine pitch) which, to alter the pitch of the blades to the braking (reversing) setting, can be overcome by means of a high-pressure hydraulic fluid and moved as far as a mechanical stop (8) for the braking (reversing) setting in order to achieve negative thrust. |
