The invention relates to a sales rack for bottles, especially for bottles 3 of the Ref-PET type, which are provided with a horizontal flange 3a in the neck region. The sales rack comprises elongated rail components 2, which are arranged on a frame part formed by beam components and which are fixed in the frame part only at their one end such that the rail components 2 are essentially perpendicular to the end plane formed by the frame part. The rail components 2 have been arranged in pairs on a horizontal beam 6 at a distance apart essentially corresponding to the thickness of the bottle neck such that, when the neck of the bottle 3 is fitted in between the rail components, the bottle gets trapped by its flange 3a on the bearing surface formed by two adjacent rail components 2. In order to achieve a compact construction, the vertical beam components 4 at the edges of the frame part have been formed by L-shaped profile pieces such that the first branches 4a of the profile pieces lie facing each other in the same plane. The horizontal beam 6 in which the rail components 2 are fixed has been arranged so as to be fixed between the second branches 4b of the profile pieces. <IMAGE>
