The present invention refers to a collision proof protective system for directional shaft in an automotive vehicle, wherein two tube ends (1, 2) are connected together by an insertion which tightens both tube ends relative to each other, up to a predetermined axial load level. The insertion, according to the present invention, comprises a commercial-type tolerance ring (3) including a cross section profile which can be compressed, and adjustable tensioning elements (4, 5), which surround the end (2) portion of the exterior tube and which are radially operative. The most representative figure of the present invention is number 1.
