The present invention discloses therapeutical human albumin with low capacity for aluminum fixation. A therapeutical human albumin with very low aluminum absorption capacity is shown, during storing time in a glass container, wherein stabilizers adjusted albumin solution final composition and isotony to protein 5,20 or 25 percent concentration in aqueous media, preferably, or to any other therapeutically acceptable concentration by intravenous via, presents a citrate content in albumin final composition equal or lower than 0,5 mM (millimolar) and, preferably, lower than 0,037 mM (millimolar).
