PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device, for a tilt angle sensor, which is small and which is hardly affected by a vibration and a temperature change. SOLUTION: In the device, the tilt angle sensor 2 which detects the tilt angle of an apparatus with reference to the vertical direction is attached to a vertical wall surface 21 at an apparatus body 20. In this case, the device is provided with a mounting base 22 which is fixed to the vertical wall surface, with a board 1 in which the tilt angle sensor 2 is attached to its surface 1a and in which its rear 1b is faced with the surface 22a of the mounting base, with an elastic fixation member 30 by which the upper end part of the board is fixed to the mounting base so as to be rotatable and with a support mechanism 40 by which the lower end part of the board is supported in such a way that the interval between the surface of the mounting base and the rear of the board can be adjusted. Then, an adjusting nut 42 at the support mechanism 40 is turned, the board 1 is turned in theθy direction on the elastic fixation member 30, and the inclination of the tilt angle sensor 2 inside a face parallel to the T-Z plane is adjusted.
