DATA DISTRIBUTION AND TRANSFER METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer data corresponding to the load conditions of high-order node when distributedly transferring data from the high-order node to low-order nodes inside an information communication network in tree structure. SOLUTION: When transferring data from a network management center to the high-order node corresponding to the command of maintenance center and distributedly transferring the transferred data from the high-order node to the low-order nodes under control, a 1st operation command is provided for designating which set mode is to be selected for setting the number of nodes to simultaneously perform the distributed transfer processing between two modes of automatic setting mode and arbitrary setting mode. Then, the high-order node can discriminate the set mode designated by the 1st operation command.
