The radiation screen takes the form of a protective casing (2) with a flap lid (3) at its side facing the head of a user for use when taking out the mobile telephone. The protective casing can be extended to the front panel covering the numbers and/or letters and/or other markings. The mobile telephone protective casing contains congruent markings, on an elastic, soft skin via which the telephone keys can be depressed. Preferably the aerial is fitted with a radiation protective screen, away from the body, and is foldably or slidably coupled.
