<p>An ink-jet image forming device comprising a first position restraining member (34) for restraining a recording paper between a paper conveying roller (28c) and an image forming region of the recording paper, and a second position restraining member (38) for restraining the recording paper between the image forming region and a spur (42). Thus in the image forming region the recording paper is restrained during conveyance by the first position restraining member (34) and the second position restraining member (38), and is under tension, and the spacing between the image forming region of the recording paper and an ink jetting face is kept to a predetermined value. As a result, when ink jetted from an ink jetting port is absorbed by the recording paper and even causes fibers of the recording paper to swell, the recording paper does not become wavy, thus enabling suppressing cockling.</p> |
