The present invention refers to membrane disturbing basic lipid and peptide conjugates, particularly, compounds of formulas: (R-CONH)N-R1 (I) and (R-S-S)n-R3 (II) wherein R is the branched chain or linear chain saturated or unsaturated aliphatic carboxylic acid hydrocarbyl radical, or a phospholipide radical with a free valence; R3 is a membrane disturbing basic peptide with a free valence in one or two carbon atoms; and n is 1 or 2, which can be employed as a vector for a cell transfection with a polynucleotide or another anionic macromolecule. |
