PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a part-mounting time by a method wherein a time required for positioning a part vacuum-shucking part at a prescribed position of a target, a time required for breaking a negative pressure inside the part vacuum-shucking section, and a point of time when a part is separated from the part vacuum-sucking part are measured so as to control the part mounting device. SOLUTION: An electronic part is vacuum-sucked with a vacuum-sucking nozzle 10 and mounted on a printed board, where a time Tan required for the nozzle 10 to move from an upper end position PU to a lower end position PL is measured. A delay time Tbn for the nozzle 10 to reach to a reference degree of vacuum after the vacuum inside the vacuum-sucking nozzle 10 is broken through a vacuum breaking switching signal CS is measured. The electronic part is separated from the vacuum- shucking nozzle 10 at a point of time when the nozzle 10 is returned to an atmospheric pressure. In a following part mounting operation, a vacuum breaking switching signal CS1 is generated after a descent starting time (Tan -Tbn ) of the vacuum-sucking nozzle 10 to break a vacuum. Furthermore, a time Tan X required for the vacuum-sucking nozzle 10 to reach to the lower end position PL and a delay time Tbn X for the nozzle 10 to reach to a reference degree of vacuum are measured each time, and a required time is renewed. |
