PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically obtain a collation destination when a problem on a circulated document occurs, informs a worker of it and to reduce the burden of the worker in a work flow system. SOLUTION: The document is sequentially circulated and a document processing is executed from a client 20-1 to 20-2 in accordance with definition information 17 of a work flow server 10. When a control part 23 requests the circulation of the document, a control part 12 additionally stores the identifier of a user processing the document to history information 18. When a collation management part 25-3 collates the related user to the server 10 in accordance with the request of the user of the client 20-3 during the circulation of the document, a related user information generation part 13 takes out the related user identifier from history information 18, converts it into a mail address and transmits it to the client 20-3. The collation management part 25-3 emits the collated mail to a mail server 30 addressed to the obtained mail address. |
