PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source controlling IC for an image forming device in a small size, at a low cost, with a high reliability in which an analog circuit and the digital circuit are respectively integrated on the same tip. SOLUTION: On the power source controlling IC (IC) for controlling the power source of the image forming device provided with a converter transformer T33 , the analog circuit and the digital circuit are respectively integrated. In the analog circuit, a chopper type comparator Q53 for comparing a reference value V5 and the output value Ve of the power source is contained, and in the digital circuit, the pulse width modulation circuit Q15 controlled by the output of the chopper type comparator Q53 is contained. Turning on/off of switches S3 and S4 of the chopper type comparator Q53 , are respectively controlled by the CPU of the CPU core Q1 . |
