PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly transmit abnormality occurrence to the outside along with the position of a mobile object even when communication with the outside by a driver becomes impossible due to the accident of the mobile object or the like. SOLUTION: A GPS data reception means 11 receives position information from a GPS 2 through a GPS data link and a system control means 12 periodically reads the position information from the GPS data reception means 11, calculates time data/position data and stores them in a storage means 15. An abnormality detection means 16 detects abnormality in the case that an impact, heat or rotation, etc., is applied to the mobile object to which a transmitter 1 is loaded and reports the abnormality to the system control means 12. The system control means 12 prepares an abnormality generation message based on the contents of the storage means 15 and reports the abnormality generation message through a communication/communication control means 13 and a radio public telephone line 102 to a reporting destination. |
