PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive planographic printing plate having a photosensitive layer with a high sensitivity and a printing resistance (adhesion between a substrate and a cured photosensitive layer), a developing ability and a shelf stability which can be improved. SOLUTION: 1. A substrate has on its hydrophilic surface a photosensitive layer containing the following materials (1) to (4): (1) polymerizable polymerized monomer having at least three groups selected from an acryloil group or a methacryloil group, (2) at least one kind of a material selected from a titanium coupling agent, an aluminum coupling agent and a silane coupling agent, (3) a fluorine group surface active agent, and (4) a photo-polymerization initiator. In the above-mentioned 1, the substrate is aluminum plate, and a surface roughness of the hydrophilic surl'ace is set to be in a range 0.3 to 0.7μm by Ra. |
