PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matching processing system in the case of occurrence of the mismatch of states between a software on a call processing control processor and a hardware at a speech path system. SOLUTION: This exchange has plural line dealing parts 20-2n, asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) switch 1 having firmwares corresponding to the plural line dealing parts 20-2n, and call processing control processor 2 for controlling the ATM switch 1. In this case, the connection information of software On the side of call processing control processor 12 has the identification for switched virtual channel(SVC) call and permanent virtual channel(PVC) call and while processing at the call processing control processor 2 is restarted, connection data to which this SVC call identifier is added are released only on the software on the side of call processing control processor 2 but for the hardware on the side of ATM switch 1, the releasing request of this SVC call is sent out to all the plural line dealing parts 20-2n so that the matching process of path information can be performed between the software on the side of call processing control processor 2 and the hardware on the side of ATM switch 1.
