The present invention refers to improvements in a mixer mechanism for panification industry, chocolate factories and the like, said mixing machine characterized in that it comprises an impelling motor which transmits speed to an intermediate shaft, which, due to its location, transmits and reduces speed to a transmission system which, by means of shafts and gears, generates a translating-rotating movement, said machine being further characterized in that the mixing mechanism is supported by a modular like structural angle, the modules being fastened together by screws.
