The invention relates to dermatological and cosmetic compositions having deeply penetrating activity, delaying ageing. They consists of emulsifying and self-emulsifying agents with M/V activities, produced from a mixture having the following ingredients, in WT.%: polyethyleneglycol mono- or distereate 0.5 - 5.0, polyglycol esters of saturated or unsaturated C14-C20 fatty acids 1.0 - 10.0, cetyl alcohol or in a given case other higher alcohols containing free or esterified syrtenes, 1.0 - 16.0 sodium versenate and atioxidants 0.1 - 5.0, anti mould-forming and bacteriostatic agents 0.05 - 0.1, active ingredients from 1 to 30, purified water F.U.g.s. to 100%.
