PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting element which emits a light and displays it by a light emitting diode if fuse is melted and regions small mounting space. SOLUTION: The light emitting element 2 is wire-bonded by a metal wire 6 between the end of a lead frame 3 and the ends of diebonded and opposed lead terminals 4a. A resistor 2 is connected in series between lead terminals 4a and 4b, and a fuse 1 is connected between the frame 3 and the terminal 4b to integrate the fuse with the element, and molded with resin 8. |
