摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the latency of processing without increasing overhead by inspecting a communication party by a final decision communication processing request list when a new communication processing request is generated and accelerating succeeding check point sampling. SOLUTION: When a communication processing request from a communication party J is generated in a communication processing part 24, a control part 20 connects the request to a communication processing request storing list 22a. In order to inspect whether a processing request to the same communication party J as that of the current communication processing request exists at preceding check point sampling or not, the control part 20 retrieves a final decision communication processing request list 22c. When the communication processing request concerned exists, the control part 20 inspects a current CPU application rate 20b. When the rate 20b is lower than a prescribed value, a check point processing part 20a accelerates the check point sampling. Consequently the latency of communication processing can be improved without reducing throughput.
