PACKET EXCHANGE NETWORK INCOMING CALL TRANSFER SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique capable of executing the processing of incoming call transfer to other packet terminal equipment when any fault is caused at a packet switching node on the call terminating side. SOLUTION: This system is constituted for performing the incoming call transfer processing of packet when any fault is generated in the transmission of packet among plural pieces of packet terminal equipment P11-P13 connected through plural packet switching nodes PS1-PS3. Further, the system is provided with a network control system NCS having the information of the incoming call transfer destination for transferring a packet to the other packet terminal equipment when the packet can not be transmitted to the packet terminal equipment on the call terminating side due to the a fault caused on the call terminating side, and when any fault is caused at the packet switching node on the call terminating side, incoming call transfer processing is performed so that the packet switching node on the call originating side can possess the information of the incoming call transfer destination from the network control system NCS and this packet switching node on the call originating side can transfer that packet to this possessed incoming call transfer destination.
