The invention relates to the wine-making and liqueur-vodka industry, particularly, to one of compositions of strong drinks of type Brandy. The strong drink containes (dal on 1000 dal of blending): ethylic alcool, rectificated, of high purification - 250-260, the alcool of cognac,endurance of 3 years - 200-220, oak-extract - 30-35, sugarplum - 1-3, sugar sirup 81% - 14-16, citric acid - 0,25- 0,30 kg, the rest is the softed water. The technical result consists in the new srtong drink production having a specific aroma and harmonized taste.
