Prune variety Udlinennaia

Prune variety (Prunus domestica L.) with registrated denomination Udlinennaia is obtained by crossing of the variety Tuleu with that of Queen Victoria. The fruits are transportable and have the universal nomination. The variety is devided into districts of the Republic of Moldova for all the zones of the variety cultivation. It is autosteril. The varieties Anna Shpet, Stenley, Vengherka italianskaia, Vengherka moldavskaia are used as pollinators. The fruits are very large, 50-60 g and have the elongated-oval form. The fruit skin is delicate, of dark-blue colour, with intensive bluish wax film. The pulp is delicate, of the sour- sweet taste.
