PURPOSE:To easily understand discrimination knowledge by not directly describing the knowledge of direct access to system data, operation and process, gathering them in basic items, and describing it separately from control only for the knowledge of discriminating an accident. CONSTITUTION:A power system accident discriminator 2 has a knowledge base 21 and a presumption engine 22, and the basic items 211 of the base 21 are defined with basic items and system operation states for describing discrimination knowledge 212. The knowledge 212 is deformed with knowledge for discriminating a defect, and system knowledge 213 is defined with data relating to power system. When a main protection relay 2 is operated at a transmission line 'AB line' and a breaker cb1 is interrupted, it is set in system state 1. The discriminator 2 receives the information, presumes with the base 21 by the engine 22, and outputs a discrimination result 3 of 'there is possibility of accident at AB line'. |
