<p>PURPOSE:To reduce temp. variance in a plate surface after the stoppage of cooling for a controlledly cooled steel plate and to stabilize material and shape. CONSTITUTION:At the time of producing a steel plate by applying controlled cooling after the completion of hot rolling, the temp. in the position showing maximum temp. in a rolled plate after finish rolling is regulated to <=(Ac1 point+20 deg.C) and also the temp. in the position corresponding to the skid part at the time of heating before hot rolling is maintained at >=Ar1, and then, controlled cooling is started.</p> |
