PURPOSE:To prevent trouble prevention by utilizing logging information effectively in the extension of system stop processing and system start processing. CONSTITUTION:The logging information 9A is analyzed in the extension of the system stop processing of an office computer or terminal equipment 1 and if abnormality is judged and an instruction for starting a test program is made, the test program is started. If there is still the abnormality even after the test program is started, a CE call is sent out. Further, when there is not the instruction for starting the test program, that is taken over as unprocessed information in the system start processing and similar processing is carried out in the extension of the system start processing. The logging information 9A is therefore utilized effectively to handle trouble within its occurrence day. Consequently, the system is prevented from not being started up on the next day or being shut down in its operation. |
