PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a ceiling simply and quickly by eliminating works for fasteningly fixing a ceiling hanger to a stud bolt through a nut, and fastening or loosening the nut for adjustment. SOLUTION: A main body 10 is spacedly formed with a pinchedly holding part 20 on which a ceiling hanger 2 is mounted, and a slant obstructing part 30 holding a fixed posture, the pinchedly holding part 20 is formed with opposed two plane parts 21, 22 pinchedly holding the part 3 to be pinchedly held of the ceiling handger 2 between, the respective plane parts 21, 22 are formed with an inserting hole 23 communicating together a loose fit hole 24, a temporary fastening hole 25 and a locking hole 26. The slant obstructing part 30 is slanted against the plane parts 21, 22, and formed with a plane having a slant obstructing hole 31 contactedly engaging with a stud bolt so as to hold an attitude of the ceiling hanger 2. |
