<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate desired operating oil pressure without mutual interference by providing a hydraulic piston and two kinds of pneumatic pistons in series inside a cylinder body, and driving the hydraulic piston by a push rod or air pressure. SOLUTION: When high pressure air is led in from a pneumatic port 28 in the nonaction state of a push rod 14, a first pneumatic piston 16 overcomes the energizing force of a return spring 18 and slides in an air side cylinder body 12b at a stroke corresponding to the air supply quantity so as to push a hydraulic piston 13 integrally to boost oil in an oil pressure chamber 11. Since the hydraulic piston 13 is thus driven by the first pneumatic piston 16 put in action by the push of the push rod 14 or air pressure, desired operating oil pressure is generated without mutual interference. Air leaking between the first pneumatic piston 16 and the hydraulic piston is discharged from an atmosphere open port 40 so as to be positively prevented from flowing into the oil pressure chamber.</p> |
