<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally form a heat exchanger and water separator without physical disorder feeling by providing plate type first and second heat exchangers by sandwiching a water separating chamber, mutually communicating a precooling channel and a cooling channel through a communicating channel passed through the water separating chamber, and also communicating the cooling channel with a reheat channel through the water separating chamber. SOLUTION: A precooling channel inlet 41 is continued to a precooling channel 42, and communicated with a precooling channel outlet 43 opened from a confluent channel 42b to a side plate 24. A dehumidified compressed air outlet 44 of a second heat exchanger 4 is communicated with a reheat channel inlet 46 through a reheat channel 45 and a flow dividing channel 45a. While, a cooling channel inlet 34 in an upper part of the side plate 23 of a first heat exchanger 3 is communicated with a cooling channel outlet 36 through a cooling channel 35. The precooling channel outlet 43 and the cooling channel inlet 34 are mutually connected through a communicating pipe 25 while being separated from a space in a water separating chamber. A circuit is thus formed, therefore, two plate type heat exchangers can be integrally arranged with excellent balance on both sides of the water separator (chamber).</p> |
