SKIN MATERIAL, ITS PRODUCTION AND POLYURETHANE FOAM INTEGRAL MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a sense of use for a soft foam molding by laminating a base layer, at least a sheet of film layer consisting of a thermoplastic resin and a skin layer in this order and retaining a specific D hardness value by the joined skin layer and interposing a soft film layer between the base layer and the skin layer. SOLUTION: This skin material 1 is formed by laminating and joining a laminated sheet 11 and a skin layer 12 in this order. The laminated sheet 11 is constituted of a surface layer 111 and a film layer 112 consisting of a thermoplastic resin. D hardness of the thermoplastic resin 112 measured by JIS K 7251 is regulated to be 40-55. Further, in the case of producing a molding integrally with a soft foam, a material excellent in adhesion properties to the soft foam is desirable as the surface layer 111. Therefore, a feel near to the surface of a headrest is good which is obtained by integrally molding the skin material 1 and the soft foam. The molding having a good sense of use is produced.
