PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing the loss of a writing tool inserted into the pocket of a suit by disposing a writing tool-fixing function on a double- folded plate inserted into the bag portion of the pocket. SOLUTION: Both the ends of a rubber belt 3 are fixed to both the sides of a double-folded plate 1 inserted into the bag portion of a pocket, and a writing tool is nipped and held with the plate 1 and the rubber belt 3. A magic band, a string or a cap or ring attached to the middle of the string may be used instead of the rubber belt. |
