PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a buffer action when a seat belt is operated and prevent the vehicle weight from being increased too much. SOLUTION: A fitting bolt assembly for fitting a guide ring 22 for a seat belt to a carrier assembly 28 has a carrier assembly 28 and a bolt 26 and is capable of moving along a vertical track 30 provided in the inside of a car body. When a movable part 46 of trim panel assemblies 40, 42, 46 is pushed down by crew to push down an operating unit 38 of the carrier assembly 28, a locking member 36 is retracted to enable the carrier assembly 28 to move with the guide ring 22 and the bolt 26 along the track 30. A cushion member 52 is supported on the movable part 46 opposite to the bolt 26. |
