The circular metal wires are inserted into the recess sections of the lower tank 32, the projections and recess sections of the upper tank 31 and lower tank 32 are fitted to each other, the circular metal wires are heated with electromagnetic induction, and the upper tank 31 is welded to the lower tank 32.
