PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the molding of a molded form, prominent in decorative property and provided with a flow pattern, with a high yield by a method wherein a coloring agent is added to the composition of BMC(bulk molding compound), having flowing property, and the composition is extruded or poured out before the coloring agent is dispersed uniformly, then, the viscosity of the composition is increased. SOLUTION: The composition of BMC, having flowing property, is supplied into an extruder 1. Then, a coloring agent, such as a pigment, liquid toner or the like, is added to the composition of BMC from the vicinity of the nozzle 1a of the extruder 1. Thereafter, extrusion molding is effected immediately after adding the coloring agent or before the coloring agent is dispersed uniformly. According to this method, a molded form of extrusion, which is provided with strings of the coloring agent, can be obtained. The BMC material is obtained by increasing the viscosity of the molded form. When the opening of the nozzle 1a is formed so as to have the shape of a slit, a flat plate type BMC material can be obtained. |
