<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate various function layers formed on a substrate and permit the recovery as well as the reutilization of them effectively by a method wherein an integrated matter is treated with liquid body to swell matters to be separated upon separating the matters to be separated from the integrated body, in which an objective matter consisting of the principal constituent of a resin and the matters to be separated are integrated through a metallic layer. SOLUTION: When a resin is recovered from an optical disc, consisting of a compact disc for example, the optical disc 5 is dipped into solvent, having the principal constituent of a 1-6C low-class alcohol. According to this operation, a protecting layer 3 is swelled and is separated from a substrate 1 together with a light reflecting layer 2 whereby the substrate 1 (polycarbonate substrate resin) is recovered. This operation can be carried out by a method wherein the optical disc 5, which has become a defective, is dipped into the low-class alcohol, filled in a vessel. About 6 hours of dipping time is enough.</p> |
