Production of flat ceramic or powder-metallurgical components structured on one side

Producing the components involves preparation of a thermoplastic slip (2) out of ceramic or metal powders, thermoplastic bonding agents and further known materials. The slip is de-aerated before its introduction into a heated container (1), or it is de-aerated in this container. Subsequently it runs, or is forced, out of the slit-shaped opening of the container into one or several moulds (4), while its temperature is maintained below the evaporation temperature of the bonding agent. These moulds are provided with the negative of the required component surface structure. After cooling the components are removed from their moulds, the bonding agent is driven out and/or sintering takes place. Also claimed is an apparatus for implementation of the method.
