The furniture's covering rail (12) pivots to the toothed rail (10) via an axle (11). The rails have U-shaped facing sections (13) with open sides (14,15), and screw-in plates at the ends. A support (20) swivelled to the covering rail hooks into notches (17-19) in the toothed rail's base (16). This support consists of at least two levers (24,25) whose free ends, which slide along the toothed rail, each have a deflector spring (27,28). These springs let the lever run back along the toothed rail's flanks (22) after being lifted out of the end of the U-shaped part.
