Multiplex transmission method for multiplex transmission device

The method involves using two units which are both coupled together through the multiplex transmission line (MB). The first unit of the multiplex transmission equipment (10A,10B) includes a communications control (11A,11B) and an operating control (12A,12B). The second unit (20A-20D) has a communications control (21A-21D), for input and output. Each communications control can activate the multiplex transmission line as soon as a frame is sent out, but, when the line is not active, the transmission is stopped and a locked state is started. When the frame has been received, this locked state is released.
