The invention concerns a folding container with four vertical sidewalls which are hinged to a baseplate and each of which is pivotable inwards into a horizontal position. In the opened-up position, the projections and recesses on the adjacent edges of two sidewalls engage positively in one another and are separable. Several projections and recesses lie near one another in a vertical row on both adjacent edges, the projections are T-shaped in cross-section, the free spaces between the T-shaped projections form the recesses, have the same T-shape and are only slightly larger in their dimensions than the T-shaped projections of the adjacent wall which lie in the free spaces/recesses. |
