PURPOSE:To calculate the amount of control of a voltage adjusting apparatus even under the condition that the convergence of computation of voltage and power flow is impossible, by calculating an iteration approximation which satisfies the upper and lower limit values of operation of a bus voltage and the amount of control of the voltage regulating apparatus which is necessary therefor. CONSTITUTION:An iteration approximation calculating process 4 determines sequentially voltage approximations 12 with improved precision. A phase modifying equipment group adjusting process 5 adjusts the amount of make of a phase modifying equipment group so that the voltage approximations 12 may satisfy the upper and lower limit values of an allowable voltage. A transformer tap adjusting process 6 adjusts the position of a transformer tap so that the voltage approximations 12 may satisfy the upper and lower limit values of the allowable voltage. A generator terminal voltage adjusting process 7 adjusts a terminal voltage so that a generator reactive power output may not deviate from a rated range.
