PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand impact absorbability, repulsive performance and sweet area by mounting wires of nearly the same diameter as the diameter of natural rubber having elasticity or cord-like gut formed to coat the surface thereof (woolly finishing) to the gut extended on a racket for ball games near the outer side in the sweet area of the strings. SOLUTION: The repulser 1 is constituted by mounting hooks to both ends of the wire having nearly the same diameter as the diameter of the natural rubber cord-like gut or the cord-like gut formed by coating (woolly finishing) on the outer side of the natural rubber. While the points and the number of pieces of the repulsers 1 to be mounted are free, there are three kinds of methods ; a method of mounting the repulsers on longitudinal parallel two sides or transverse parallel two sides and methods of combining two kinds of the longitudinal and transverse parallel two sides and further mounting the repulsers diagonally and mounting the same over the entire part of the face. The method of mounting the repulsers on the longitudinal parallel two sides is the most excellent in the impact absorbability and repulsive performance and makes a ball hitting feel extremely soft over the entire part. The method yields a sharp carry with sharp cutting quality and allows the stroke with the stable ball fitting feel even if the ball is hit on the outer side of the sweet spot. |
