PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deposition of abrasion powder in the groove of comb tooth by covering the groove between comb teeth with a slide member. SOLUTION: An oscillator 5 comprises a ring-like metallic resilient body 2, and a plurality of piezoelectric elements 4 bonded to the lower surface of resilient body 2 while being arranged in the circumferential direction. The resilient body 2 is made of stainless steel or phosphor bronze and a plurality of teeth are formed, at a constant interval, in the circumferential direction on the upper part. The plurality of piezoelectric elements 4 are polarized alternately in different directions in the circumferential direction and classified into two groups by sectioning the resilient body 2 substantially into two. A ring-like sliding sheet 1 of composite material containing fluororesin is bonded to the upper surface of comb teeth of resilient body 2. Furthermore, the lower surface of a ring-like mover 3 is brought into pressure contact with the upper surface of comb teeth of oscillator 5. According to the structure, fluctuation of starting torque is suppressed even after long time operation and stabilized motor characteristics are realized. |
