PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent low-temp. corrosion and obviate the deposition of a desalting residue by sufficiently removing the dust in a waste gas. SOLUTION: A first waste gas treating device 2 having a filter cloth 5 for removing the dust in the waste gas discharged from the combustion melting furnace of a waste treating equipment and a second waste gas treating device 8 having a filter cloth 11 for further treating the waste gas treated in the first waste gas treating device and used to desalt and desufurize the waste gas are provided, and a heater 12 is furnished at the lower part 9 of the second waste gas treating device 8 and kept at >=150 deg.C.
