<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a protective cover by which a mounting operation to, and a removal operation from, a charging part or the like can be performed by using a hot stick although a flexible insulating sheet is used. SOLUTION: An insulating sheet 12 is laid, in a gently turned-up shape, along the inside part of gripping and holding parts 14a at a pair of scissors 14 for sheet fixation, and it is fixed by sheet fixation parts 17. When a protective cover 11 is attached to an object, to be attached, such as a charging part or the like by using a hot stick, opening and shutting operation parts 14b at the pair of scissors 14 for sheet fixation are gripped so as to be brought close to the object to be attached, and the protective cover is attached to the object in such a way that the object is covered with the insulating sheet 12. Since the insulating sheet 12 and the pair of scissors 14 for sheet fixation are integrated, a mounting operation and a removal operation can be performed by using the hot stick. Since the insulating sheet 12 is used, the protective cover can be used in common for various shapes of objects.</p> |
