PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize a subject even if the plural moving subjects are image-picked up. SOLUTION: Image information is divided into plural image areas and a pattern matching means 7 permits two image patterns with a prescribed time difference to mutually correspond to each other at every image area so as to calculate the correlation value of both. Then, a movement vector discriminating means 8 discriminates movement vectors based on the correlation value, the approximating movement vector is reduced from the movement vector and color classification, etc., is executed concerning respective blocks which detect the reduced movement vector so as to execute composition with an input image and to output it. |
