PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a client to ask a worker more convenient for himself to work by providing a means for negotiating a condition concerning a job to ask. SOLUTION: A work item input/output means 1 inputs a schedule concerning a job, inputs the restriction of executing sequence relation between jobs, inputs an execution plan and inputs job data concerning a job such as inputting progress to display each input to a user. A job load calculating means 4 calculates busyness from plural job data stored in a job storing means 3. In addition, a restriction violation detecting means 6 detects an execution plan the restriction of which such concerning an execution sequence between jobs inputted by the job item input/output means 1 is violated. Then a time chart input/output means 5 displays the execution plan of the job by means of a time axis and displays busyness calculated by the job load calculating means 4 and detected restriction violation detected by the restriction violation detecting means 6. In addition, a negotiation means 7 prepares the request and answer of the job through the use of a communication means 8. |
