The present invention relates to an arrangement (1) for a pipe wrench (2) comprising pairs of fixed jaws (3, 4), in which the opening (5) between the jaws (3, 4) diverges in a direction (6) away from its inner section (7) situated in the pipe wrench (2). One of the jaws exhibits teeth (10) or other means providing an improved grip along its surface (8) facing the opening (5). In accordance with the invention, the gripping surfaces (8, 9) of both jaws extend in the form of a curve in a common direction. |
