The invention concerns a method, including at least one superfine-filtration stage (7, 10), of filtering the organic solutions which arise in the production of circuit boards. In the method proposed, the chemicals dissolved in the solutions used for the production are separated from the organic solvent, e.g. ethyl diglycol, by ultrafiltration (7) for instance, in order to be able to use the chemicals again. The method proposed has the advantage that savings can be made in materials and energy and, in addition, waste can be reduced significantly or even avoided entirely. |
